Upcoming PCMA Initiatives for 2014/2015
The annual general meeting of members of the Private
Capital Markets Association of Canada will be held at the
National Club, Blake Lounge, 303 Bay Street, 3rd Floor, Toronto,
ON M5H 2R1 on December 4, 2014 at 4: 30 p.m. (EST) to receive
the audited financial statements, appoint auditors and to elect
directors of the Association.
Members, who are unable to attend, may vote via proxy,
which may be mailed back to Suite 5700, First Canadian Place,
100 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1C7, or by email to info@
pcmacanada.com, not less than 24 hours before the meeting.

2014 PCMA Annual General Meeting

motivated group of individuals, who are committed to building the
private capital/exempt market industry across Canada? If so, we

The PCMA is recruiting for positions on our new regional
chapters and key organizational and advocacy Committees.
The PCMA welcomes applications from officers, directors
and key individuals of private capital issuers, exempt market
dealers, professionals providing legal, finance, accounting,
compliance or other services to the private capital markets
industry, representatives of private equity and venture capital firms
and anyone else who wants to support the unique interests of
Canada's private capital markets.
New leaders and volunteers for the PCMA should be
enthusiastic and committed to the interests of our industry with a
broad range of knowledge and expertise and be able to contribute
sufficient time for the role sought.
As we continue to grow and expand, there are opportunities
