marketplace, and the EMDA actively supports venues for that

easy to resort to ‘sound and fury’, but volume is no substitute for
influence. Having the passion and experience to give serious study
to our policy issues and then having the talented team to shape and
advocate for change is what the EMDA is all about. We believe that
dealers, issuers, professional advisers, and yes even regulators, are
all partners in this important area of the capital markets – and our
collective success will depend on how well our partnership works.
Success as a new national association is about our ability to listen
and understand, and our capacity to build, lead and influence change.
